Initiate Your Request
Log into your ecinos account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
